New Year’s Greeting 2026 (Editor-in-Chief)
As we welcome the New Year 2026, I would like to extend my warmest greetings to all our readers, authors, reviewers, and colleagues around the world.
Over the past year, The Swiss Journal of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine has continued to grow as a platform for thoughtful scientific exchange. The articles published throughout 2025 reflected the impressive breadth and depth of our discipline — from advances in diagnostic imaging and interventional techniques to developments in nuclear medicine and translational research. Each contribution enriched our shared understanding and underscored the value of collaboration across institutions, countries, and subspecialties.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who has supported the journal — not only through research and authorship, but also through peer review, editorial work, and dedicated readership. Your engagement makes this journal a living forum for academic curiosity, critical thinking, and clinical progress.
A new year always brings with it the hope for renewal. In that spirit, let us continue to foster scientific rigor, open dialogue, and respectful exchange. And beyond our professional world, we join the global community in wishing for peace, understanding, and wellbeing for all people — wherever they may live.
On behalf of the editorial team, We wish you a healthy, fulfilling, and inspiring 2026.
With warm regards,
Gerd Nöldge & Frank Mosler
