This issue focuses on nuclear medicine imaging in pediatric neuroblastoma. A contribution presents three clinical cases to examine the use of MIBG scintigraphy in diagnosis, staging and follow-up. Together, the cases connect scintigraphic findings with different stages of patient assessment, illustrating the role of disease-specific imaging within the clinical evaluation and longitudinal observation of this childhood tumor.
