This issue explores imaging support for diagnosis across breast, neurological and pelvic conditions. Three contributions evaluate deep learning tools for breast cancer screening, describe cerebral hyperperfusion syndrome after carotid endarterectomy, and report an ovarian dermoid cyst extending into the urinary bladder. Together, they bring methodological evaluation and uncommon clinical presentations into focus, emphasizing the interpretation of images within their clinical setting.
