SJORANM article 00086 — Correction notice and supplementary data
Prepared 13 September 2026. Article DOI: https://doi.org/10.59667/sjoranm.v25i1.16

Start with Correction_notice.txt, then Search_and_source_audit.md (a plain-text file).
The CSV/JSON tables contain 18 modality rows for selected comparisons, matching Tables 1 and 2 of the corrected article. The five planar comparisons cover 266 participants; overlapping tomographic groups must not be added to that total. TP/FP/TN/FN mean true positive/false positive/true negative/false negative. Intervals are exact two-sided 95% Clopper-Pearson intervals; point estimates and JSON intervals use the 0–1 scale.

PubMed_search_response.json preserves the query and 233 returned identifiers. Search_record_identifiers.json explains the split into 230 article records and 3 book records, and records the 180 Europe PMC records, 176 overlaps and 234 merged article records. This is a search retrieval record, not a completed eligibility flow diagram.

Usmani files preserve digitization of a published supplementary figure. They include alternative interpretation scenarios. The article tables use the equivocal-positive scenario; the separate SPECT discrepancy is described in the source audit and was not used as an article result. These are reconstructed published classifications, not original patient records obtained from the investigators.

No pooled effect or final meta-analysis is supplied. Missing source verification and incomplete eligibility review remain limitations. Original PDFs, private correspondence, obsolete review drafts and third-party full-text articles are not included.

Checksums identify package files. Preparation and validation do not establish that this package has already been published.
